If you are not able to fill a web form, iNetForm Filler can do it automatically. The application has the ability to record any order of actions required for form filling and automatically to reproduce them in order. The most important thing is that you can edit forms without page loading.
This is the only utility. In my opinion is much easier to fill the forms online.
